Bright blue Sonoran Gem turquoise is set in sterling silver with a stamped silver accent and twist rope border. These measure 1 1/8" at their widest point and roughly 7/8" tall. While these aren't really heavy, I wouldn't recommend them for someone with sensitive ears.
